Anyone here have a passion for food, yet find themselves unable to enjoy meals due to lactose intolerance? I've been there. I know the frustration. It's that same feeling you get when you want to try something new, yet you are afraid that the product may have dairy. As a result, you are constantly faced with the dilemma of choosing the right restaurant or picking the right meal. Last year I was 108 pounds and in three months I gained 6 pounds to 114. I went to the dr 3 months after that and found I was 117 very close to 120. For my height that is starting to be over the healthy bmi. So 3 months after that I was down to 105 and now I am just eating any kind of junks I find around the house and picking unhealthy choices when we go out to eat and when i shop for my meals.
