Two Fat Ladies were my HEROES!!!

I cook with butter, cream, sour cream, fresh veggies and rare beef. I bake with sugar and fat. Even - gasp! - transfat when the texture demands it. There are no bad or good foods. There is no magic diet. Driving to work is a much worse health risk than eating real food and enjoying it. Aversion fads are always nasty, and ones based on unalterable factors like eating, height and body shape are especially pernicious. Eat, drink and be merry!
