I have a collection of cookbooks which fill a full-sized bookcase. I like cooking various dishes from Italian and tex-mex and so many in between. I like making candy too, i.e. giant peanut butter cups, turtles, various cookies, pies cakes and other confections. I've always wanted to find a site that's devoted to these types of conversations. Even though I can't eat several items I make, I still like making them for people I care for! Very personally rewarding.
